Jeffery Boston Weatherford's Art Work on Display for You Can Fly: Tuskegee Airmen in Chesnutt Library February 1 - 24, 2017, Artist Presentation and Talk in Library on February 23, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.

Artist, Jeffery Boston Weatherford has his art work on display for the book, You Can Fly: Tuskegee Airmen by Carole Boston Weatherford, in the Charles W. Chesnutt Library on the first floor in the Periodicals Reading Area.  The artist will present a program in the library on February 23, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.. 

Professor Carole Boston Weatherford and illustrator Jeffery Weatherford will discussed their book You Can Fly: The Tuskegee Airmen on North Carolina Bookwatch. Friday, February 3 at 8 pm on the North Carolina Channel & on Sunday, February 5 at Noon on UNC-TV, with an encore broadcast on UNC-TV Thursday, February 9 at 5 pm. The episode will also be available on the UNC-TV website at
